What does R&R do?
R&R develops and delivers software and services for workforce management (WFM). With our solutions, we help organizations optimize their staff planning—based on data, ease of use, and smart automation.
Our software supports tasks such as creating schedules, managing leave and availability, and forecasting required staffing levels. This makes work more efficient for planners and managers and more pleasant for employees on the shop floor.
We combine technical expertise with years of experience in retail and workforce processes, so our software truly fits daily practice. With up-to-date data and real-time insights, we help organizations make better choices—for lower labor costs and more job satisfaction.
Who do we work for?
We mainly work for companies in food retail, retail, and gas stations. Think of supermarkets with multiple locations, retail chains, and gas stations that want to improve and automate their planning. Thanks to our years of experience in these sectors, we understand our customers’ challenges and can truly add value with our solutions.
We actively involve customers in product development. This ensures our software is intuitive, practical, and fits the needs of different users—from planners to employees on the shop floor.
