What is required
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience as a software developer
Experience with C# .NET and React
Experience with SaaS environments and cloud architectures
Comfortable working in agile teams

Your role as Senior Developer
Responsible for the quality and further development of our workforce management software
Ensuring retailers can deploy their workforce efficiently and effectively together with your team
Guiding the development of high quality software solutions with attention to legislation, scalability, and cost optimization
Playing a key role in the transition to a cloud native microservices architecture
Working closely with product owners, UX specialists, architects, and the Scrum Master
Acting as the bridge between technology, functionality, and user experience
Your responsibilities
Coordinating and mentoring a team of developers
Developing and improving SaaS solutions
Supporting the transition to a cloud native microservices architecture
Assisting with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Evaluating technical solutions and sparring with architects and team members
Contributing to the technical strategy of R&R and driving innovation

Who you are
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience as a software developer, partly as a senior or lead developer
Strong full stack experience with C# .NET and React
Experience with SaaS environments and cloud architectures
Strong communication skills and experience working in agile teams
Analytical, curious, and passionate about building scalable and robust software
A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring others

R&R develops and delivers software and services for workforce management (WFM). With our solutions, we help organizations optimize their staff planning—based on data, ease of use, and smart automation.
Our software supports tasks such as creating schedules, managing leave and availability, and forecasting required staffing levels. This makes work more efficient for planners and managers and more pleasant for employees on the shop floor.

Who do we work for?
We mainly work for companies in food retail, retail, and gas stations. Think of supermarkets with multiple locations, retail chains, and gas stations that want to improve and automate their planning.
